1. ONLINE Legacy & Estate Planning Intake is to be completed for POAs, Wills, Trusts and all forms of Estate Planning and Long Term Care planning.
2. ONLINE Estate & Trust Administration Intake is to be completed when someone has passed away to begin the Probate/Trust Administration Process.
3. ONLINE Guardianship Administration Intake is to be completed when there are no Powers of Attorney in place and you need a Guardianship hearing to appoint a Guardian of the person or finances
