Outstanding Supplemental Trust Work
My wife and I were VERY pleased with the service that we received from Katherine Heddaeus and staff at Zacharia Brown & Bratkovich in establishing a Supplemental Trust for our adult daughter. This was a challenging undertaking because she lives out-of-state and execution of the trust agreement requires a trustee residing in North Carolina. Katherine did an outstanding job! She developed a comprehensive supplemental trust document, identified qualified partners in North Carolina, and coordinated all components of our trust in conjunction with our financial advisor. Can’t Say Enough Good Things
My husband and I had our wills prepared by Christine and she made the whole thing very easy. We have not previously had the need for the services of an attorney. I heard their name on KDKA and found that they are conveniently located in Canonsburg, so we decided to give them a try. What a blessing! Christine made us feel very much at ease and did everything she said she would do, and when she said she would. We also needed advice on another matter and she recommended Jennifer to help us with that. Jennifer did a great job, again very professional, prompt and thorough. She also recommended a 3rd party to help us with a real estate closing and they too are fantastic. We plan to return to them in the foreseeable future for other matters. I can’t say enough good things about them!
Made a Very Difficult Time So Much Better
I cannot say enough good things about this firm. I hired Attorney Christine Brown Murphy to assist me with a pretty complex issue involving my sister. From the very beginning, she completely understood my problems and provided me with excellent advice and direction in a very professional manner and at the same time was so very caring and compassionate. The other star I had the pleasure of working with was Case Manager Ashley Martin. Ashley was also very professional and knowledgeable and most importantly for me she was very patient and took the time to thoroughly explain things so I was able to understand. Amazing with My Parents
Christine Brown was amazing with my parents when my dad had to be placed in a home. She made sure that both of my parents were taken care of and helped to ease my mom’s anxiety over the whole situation. When my parents passed away, she was God sent to me, during a time when I was completely lost, she made sure everything was on track and taken care of for me. Professional, Kind and Caring
I went to hear Christine speak at the South Hills CC. I was very impressed. My mother and I met with her and decided that she would be the best person to help us. Today, my mom lives at home with me and I am her full time caregiver. I am paid through Medicaid and I work for a local caregiver agency. My mom is very happy and I am relieved to have my mom safe at home. Christine and the staff are professional, kind and caring. I am grateful for their help and expertise.

If you have a parent that requires a skilled nursing facility, Zacharia and Brown offer an array of guidance and expertise through the entire process. Carl is honest, and goes above and beyond to ensure that your loved ones are able to comfortably afford the costs associated with skilled nursing. Do not try to tackle this already difficult time alone. My only regret is that we did not meet with Carl sooner.
