About Katherine
Katie Ann is a senior associate attorney based out of our McMurray Office. She is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and State of Ohio. Katie Ann focuses on high-net-worth estate planning for clients who want to thoughtfully shape how their wealth is transferred—both during life and beyond. With a strong emphasis on advanced trust planning and trust administration, Katie Ann serves individuals and families navigating complex circumstances such as business succession, blended families, second marriages, high-conflict dynamics, or beneficiaries requiring additional protections.
Katie Ann’s work is ideal for clients who care deeply about control, clarity and long term impact. Through a sophisticated, yet simplified, approach, she delivers customized strategies that honor her clients’ intentions while providing peace of mind from creation through administration.
Prior to relocating to the South Hills to raise her family with her husband, who is a third generation Upper St. Clair resident, Katie Ann was a partner at an Ohio boutique estate planning law firm. Katie Ann received her law degree, Cum Laude, from the University of Notre Dame School of Law. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Duquesne University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, having a concentration in Accounting and Finance. She was also named A.J. Palumbo Business School Valedictorian.
In her free time Kate Ann enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga and cycling. She dedicates significant time to volunteering in her children’s school and in her church community.
