Renae Benedek
Renae Benedek is the Public Benefits Supervisor for the Pennslvania offices of Zacharia Brown. Since joining our firm, Renae has demonstrated exceptional expertise in handling Medicaid applications and public benefits matters. Her attention to detail, comprehensive knowledge of Medicaid regulations, and her zealous advocacy of our client interests have resulted in consistent success with application approvals and have been instrumental in the success of this important area of our practice.
In her role as Public Benefits Supervisor, Renae will oversee our public benefits team, manage all Medicaid applications and oversee all appeals, serve as the primary technical resource for Medicaid eligibility questions, and continue to develop our processes and procedures for application processing. She will also play a key role in training staff and expanding our capabilities in this practice area as our firm continues to grow.
Renae is a graduate of Washington & Jefferson University where she received a B.S. in Accounting.
Kelley Campbell
Kelley serves as the firm’s receptionist in Zacharia Brown’s McMurray office and also as our Client Intake Coordinator for our Bonita Springs Office. Kelley is the first point of contact for new clients who come into our McMurray Office and is also responsible for guiding prospective Florida clients through our onboarding process, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported from the outset. Kelley’s role is pivotal in establishing lasting relationships and ensuring that each client receives tailored assistance based on their unique legal needs.
Joyce Ignasky
Joyce Ignasky is a  Client Success Manager (CSM) in the Public Benefits practice area and serves as the primary liaison between our clients and legal team to ensure a seamless, empathetic, and effective journey through the Medicaid and Veterans Benefits planning and application processes.
In her role as a CSM, Joyce ensures that clients are informed, supported, and progressing efficiently through each stage of our representation. Her role is central to driving client satisfaction, maintaining communication flow, and facilitating internal operations in alignment with our mission to serve and protect aging individuals and their families. Â
Joyce is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania where she received a B.A. in Business Management with Concentrations in Human Resources and Economics as well as a Spanish Minor.
Marie Ignasky
Marie Ignasky is the Client Intake Coordinator for the Pennsylvania Offices of Zacharia Brown. Marie joined the firm in 2010 with the opening of the McMurray office.
As our Client Intake Coordinator at Zacharia Brown, Marie is the first point of contact
for new clients. She is responsible for guiding prospective clients through our
onboarding process, ensuring that they feel welcomed and supported from the outset of contacting our firm. Her role has been pivotal in establishing lasting relationships and ensuring that each client receives tailored assistance based on their unique legal needs.
Marie is a graduate of Penn State University where she received her B.A. in Individual and Family Studies with an emphasis in Early Childhood Development.

Before joining Zacharia Brown, Mary Jo had worked as a Human Resources Director of a Home Care Agency.
Mandy Mitchell
Mandy Mitchell is a Paralegal and  Client Success Manager (CSM) in the Estate Administration practice area. In this role, Mandy is responsible for guiding clients through the estate settlement process with empathy, clarity, and efficiency.
Mandy serves as the primary point of contact for clients after the death of a loved one, ensuring that every aspect of the estate administration process is handled accurately and with sensitivity. Her role combines strong legal knowledge with a deep commitment to client service, helping clients navigate probate, non-probate transfers, tax filings, and distribution of assets. Mandy works closely with our attorneys, as well as financial institutions, courts, and beneficiaries to keep matters progressing smoothly and on schedule. Â
Mandy is also part of the firm’s marketing team and assists with seminars, workshops, and managing the firm’s brand and community outreach.
Mandy received her B.S. in Sport Management with a Minor in Communications from West Virginia University, and her M.B.A from Point Park University. She is presently attending Duquesne University to become a certified paralegal.
Hayley Profeta
Hayley Profeta is a dedicated and compassionate paralegal in our Bonita Springs Office and works closely with our Florida attorneys in the areas of Estate Planning, Elder law, Asset Protection, Medicaid and Long Term Care Planning and Guardianship matters.
With a solid foundation in legal research, document drafting, and client support, Hayley is committed to assisting clients and attorneys in navigating complex legal matters to achieve peace of mind and secure futures.
Hayley is a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University where she received her degree in Legal Studies.
Susan Reese
Susan Reese is the firm’s Business Manager. Susan is responsible for the daily operation and administrative management of the firm, including financial management, human resources, and space and facilities management. Susan is a graduate of University of Pittsburgh where she received her degree in Business Administration/Accounting.
