Renae Benedek

Renae Benedek is a Legal Assistant for both the McMurray and McKeesport offices of Zacharia Brown. She is responsible for assisting the attorneys with the Elder Law Planning, Estate Planning and the Estate Administration process. Renae is a graduate of Washington & Jefferson University where she received a B.S. in Accounting.

Joyce Ignasky

Joyce Ignasky is a Legal Assistant for the McMurray office of Zacharia Brown. She is responsible for assisting the attorneys with the Elder Law Planning, Estate Planning and the Estate Administration process. Joyce is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania where she received a B.A. in Business Management with Concentrations in Human Resources and Economics as well as a Spanish Minor.

Marie Ignasky

Marie Ignasky is the Legal Secretary for the McMurray office. Marie joined the firm in 2010 with the opening of the McMurray office. She is responsible for making appointments, maintaining and coordinating schedules, providing legal administrative support to our attorneys and overseeing and managing office space and supplies. Marie is a graduate of Penn State University where she received her B.A. in Individual and Family Studies with an emphasis in Early Childhood Development.

Kelsy Koeller

Kelsy Koeller serves as the Business and Marketing Manager at the Bonita Springs office. She orchestrates impactful initiatives that showcase the firm’s commitment to excellence and compassionate client service. From developing comprehensive marketing strategies to coordinating and executing seminars and workshops, Kelsy ensures that Zacharia Brown remains at the forefront of the industry, delivering invaluable support to individuals and families seeking expert guidance in estate planning and elder law. Leveraging a strategic mindset, Kelsy also oversees business operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning and fostering operational efficiency. Committed to community engagement, Kelsy strives to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others, reflecting the firm’s values of compassion and integrity.

Mary Jo McBride

Mary Jo McBride is a Legal Assistant for the McKeesport office of Zacharia Brown. She is responsible for assisting the attorneys with the Elder Law Planning, Estate Planning and the Estate Administration process. She has worked as a Human Resources Director of a Home Care Agency.

Mandy Mitchell

Mandy Mitchell is the Client Relations & Marketing Coordinator at our McMurray Office. She works closely with the attorneys and legal assistants to offer support with client management and legal matters including Elder Law Planning, Estate Planning, and the Estate Administration process. She oversees all follow-up scheduling for the office as well as internal administrative matters. Mandy is also part of the firm’s marketing team and assists with all seminars, workshops, and helps to manage the firm’s brand and community outreach. She received her B.S. in Sport Management with a Minor in Communications from West Virginia University, and her M.B.A from Point Park University. She is presently attending Duquesne University to become certified as a paralegal.

Susan Reese

Susan Reese is the firm’s Business Manager. Susan is responsible for the daily operation and administrative management of the firm, including financial management, human resources, and space and facilities management. Susan is a graduate of University of Pittsburgh where she received her degree in Business Administration/Accounting.
